Emcee Singapore - On 13 July morning at Chong Pang Zone 1 RC, the emcee is eagerly waiting for a King; the King of Fruits. Baskets and baskets of durian are brought in for the durian party organised by the RC. The event started off with a quiz by the emcee to engage with the residents on durian and Chong Pang facts. Residents are seated while volunteers served them free flow of durians. Feasting and mingling with their neighbors at the same time, indeed a harmonious sight that is as pleasant as the golden flesh of the durians. Meanwhile, Grassroots Advisor, Mr K Shanmugam Minister Home Affairs and Minister for Law also joined in the event to mingle along and enjoy the durians while the emcee continued to quiz the residents with his humour and wit. Regardless of race, ages and gender, durian lovers united to enjoy the sweet moments together and leave with photo memories of this wonderful durian party.
