Emcee Singapore - 11th November 2023, CARE Carnival 2023 at Enabling Village is of the event which is part the national carnival showing concern to caregivers. Our guest of honour is Mr Desmond Lee. The event kick start with an opening speech by Mr Lee and follow by a singing performance by the Very Special Choir. It was one of the touching moments which the emcee felt throughout the carnival event.

Enabling Village is on the location for these series of care carnival. Ivan is the emcee for the 3 carnivals of different locations.
