Vectura Singapore had their staff day event on 13 July 2024, 1:30pm.
The emcee gave an opening and invited the company's General Manager for a speech.
All staff were gathered for an ice breaker. They were first grouped according to their birthday month and introduced themselves. They remained in the same group to participate for the rest of the day. The first game involved 2 groups. Each group member took a straw and each group formed a line. When the emcee announced, they had to use the straw to pass a note down the line without using their hands to touch the note. If the note dropped, they have to restart from the first group member in line.
The second game involved another 2 groups. They competed at tangram based on speed of completing 2 puzzles. The third game was hula hoop challenge at the carpark. The longest duration per group member added to their group's duration to determine the winning group. The emcee announced at about 3pm for the staff to go for tea break.
The forth game was towel wrap played by the previous 3 winning groups to determine the winning group. The last game involved all staff to participate in the treasure hunt for 3 items within the event area. Prizes include movie tickets and shopping vouchers.
Before the dinner began, the emcee gathered all staff and management for photo-taking.
