The event began in the afternoon with an invigorating team-building session that had participants brimming with excitement. Registration kicked off with attendees being grouped into teams, each identified by vibrant coloured wristbands. The games commenced with five stations designed to test teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving. From the fun-filled Inflatable Carnival Game Booths, including Throw N Toss and Stack It Up, to the more strategic Spinning Towels Game, Water Bucket Race, and Hula Hula, the challenges kept everyone fully engaged in friendly competition. The grand finale, a tug-of-war between the top two teams, drew loud cheers and high energy, with the emcee providing lively commentary that kept the enthusiasm at its peak.
As the sun set, guests had a chance to freshen up before the evening festivities. A live band set the tone with soothing music, and the atmosphere shifted to a more relaxed vibe as guests enjoyed pre-dinner drinks. At 6 PM, the program officially began with a VIP walk-in, followed by an energetic MOB dance performance by the organizing committee, which was met with enthusiastic applause.
The emcee seamlessly took over, engaging the audience with a warm welcome. The evening’s program featured a mix of recognition and entertainment. Winners of the company’s soccer and bowling tournaments were presented with Sports and Special Awards, a heartfelt moment that celebrated the talent and spirit within the Penguin International family. This was followed by the lively Hula-Hula Challenge, where three teams competed with creative dance moves, eliciting laughs and cheers from the crowd as they cast their votes for the winner.
The emcee Singapore kept the momentum going with engaging table games, the glamorous Best Dressed Contest that showcased Hawaiian flair, and the highly anticipated Lucky Draw. The prizes, ranging from practical gadgets to luxury shopping vouchers, were met with roars of excitement and applause. Each announcement and presentation added to the electrifying atmosphere.
The live band returned for a final set, inviting everyone to join in a mass dance and hula session that encapsulated the celebratory spirit of the night. The emcee wrapped up the event with heartfelt words of gratitude, ensuring everyone knew about the shuttle bus service for a safe journey home.
